Can't Get Past 5 Max Attachments Per Post

I have changed the settings everywhere I can think in the adminCP to allow users to attach more than 5 photos per post, yet whenever I try to add more than 5 photos, I get an error message saying that I cannot attach more than 5 photos even though I am the admin! Sheesh! :p

I've changed the value to 0 for every field I can find related to attachments and photo allotment in the various groups, including admins...Any help is greatly appreciated!

Admincp > options > Message Posting and Editing Options > Maximum Images/Videos Per Post

I feel your pain. There are a few different settings for this option and this one overrides them all.

Rats...I switched it to 0 (it was at 20) and still same error message...Thanks for trying to help!

It appears that function is not working. Regardless of what value I set it at, I keep getting a message saying I can't make more than 5 photo attachments.

Odd. . .It works for me. . .

I have it set to 20 and it seems to do the job. . It's been like that for a while. .

I have the same problem and I have tried both a 0 and 20 with the same results.

Has anyone found how to resolve this?

I found the solution. My problem was in the usergroup settings.

Did you set up all settings correctly? For images, there are (at least) 2 settings you have to take a look at:
AdminCP > Settings > Options > Message Posting and Editing Options > Maximum Images/Videos Per Post.
AdminCP > Usergroups > User group Manager > [Edit Usergroup] > Maximum Attachments per Post.

All of these settings are set to '5' by default.
