Bug (Fixed) - Security Token Issue

Trying to mark forums read, I get this issue:

"Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error."

Yep Navbar template, this is a easy fix.

EDIT: It's also in the footer link. No markread hash. Easy fix too.
