How long for vBulletin Upgrade/Install?

Hi

I was wondering how long does it take for the VBulletin to install on my server as i'm unsure,i paid 36hrs ago but have not recieved any email requesting further information and status is still pending?
Don't get me wrong i am in no big rush but was just wondering what the time scale for installs to be completed.

Thank you

Did you purchase the software or a cloud site? If you purchased the software, it isn't going to be automatically installed on your server - you need to do that yourself. You would simply receive your customer account information and then login and download the software and install it yourself.

Did you fill out the worksheet? If so, once that is submitted, it goes in the queue and then an installer is typically assigned within 4-7 work days. You will get an email from them once it is assigned.

Hi

Further to my above post which has been now 2 weeks i am still waiting for my Install surely it shouldn't take this long for an Agent assigned to my install to do the work?

I would appreciate if someone could move this forward for me as my tickets and email don't get replied to either it's just getting a little frustrating now.

Thanks

Are you putting in a ticket from the same email on your customer account?

This is not the place to have us do anything about your install. This is the vbulletin modification site, not the official vbulletin site which is at vbulletin.com .
