vb.org Archive - VB CMS Text Preview Not Working

Hi all,

I have a strange issue on my home page, located at www.screamandfly.com
It seems that no matter what I specify the CMS text preview length, it has no effecton amy of the CMS pages (home page included) When not using pagebreaks, some articles also seem to have different length previews based on whether they are created articles, or articles that were promoted-to-articles from the forum.

I am referring to the option located in in Settings>Options>Content Management>Default Preview Length. No matter how I set this, it has no effect at all.

I would greatly appreciate any help!
