Try to start up my old site
 

I got my new site up and rolling. I have another site that I have all the information saved when I moved to a new hosting service. I would like to revive the site with another of my owned .coms, is it possible to import users, posts, threads, attachments and such into another Vb 4.2.3 license that I have. I could use the new software license to set up the base and then try to import the rest. I also have the old msql databases.

You can use Impex. You will not be able to move the attachments, etc though unless they were being serviced from the database or you have the files.

I have all the attachments.

Then you should be able to use Impex.
