Okay, I wanna start a new DB, cuz the one im on now is SO PILED with crap! So I wanna start a new forum almost, using 2.2 and in a new directory. I wanna add all my hacks, and all my new design to the NEW forums, then import all the users, and posts, and stuff into the new DB, leaving all the crap behind.

Now, what would be the SIMPLEST way to go about this? Add all the hacks, and design, THEN import users/posts/threads ect. OR import all the users/posts/threads ect. THEN add all the hacks, and whatnot. Then afterwards import any new posts, and users? OR something completely different?

Mind you I want to keep my current forums open, as I edit my new ones? Any input would be appreciated, thanks!
