Cant view banned users in admincp

I am trying to view the list of banned users on the forum by going into admincp and clicked users > view banned users and all i get is this

Invalid Page URL. If this is an error and the page should exist, please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
