File attachments are not deleted from host

Hello,

File attachments are not deleted

Attached Files folder is located in attachment in root host

Delete the file with the Admin CP(Remove final)or delete file attach at the froum
but
The file is not removed from host in the folder attachments

I want to delete files to reduce the size of my site, I

I want to delete files from admin cp or post forum
Is also removed from the folder attachment at the host
please help me

they should be deleted from the file system when removed from the post. Check if your webhost is changing the permissions on the files. I have one site on Dreamhost, and they change the permissions every now and then.

all permitions files in folder attachments are 777.

If you want an official answer from vbulletin you need to go to the official site (vbulletin.com) and ask there or better yet put in a support ticket on the official site.

The files may be 777 but is the folder the same permissions?
