Making Pre-Fix Title Thread Bold for unread & normal for read

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to make:

PREFIX TITLE THREAD

- Normal Prefix Title Thread - for thread with read post
- Bold Prefix Title Thread - for thread with unread post

BTW I know how to change the Prefix to Bold and Normal, but I want it to be dependent on whether the thread has been read or unread (this is similar to the the thread title which is bold when new post and normal thread title when there has been no new posts.
