Need Some Suggestion

Hello Guys i need some Suggestion

I want to upgrade my Vbulletin 3 To 4 But I am Afraid OF lossing Traffic Beacuse the Structure of urls is not same

Example :
Vbulletin 3 :
Domain.com/showthread.php?t=123

vbulletin 4 :
domain.com/showthread.php?1234-ThreadTitle

You can change that setting in admincp to keep your current structure; however, even if the structure is different if you enter the old style url you'll still get to the same spot.

the vBulletin upgrade will only upgrade the core & core plugins (Forum Runner, Panjo, PostRelease & Skimlinks Plugin), any other plugins will need to be manually upgraded.

To clarify, the existing plugins you have installed will continue to be installed but may not, in fact likely will not, work once you upgrade to vb4, except those plugins mentioned by Dragonsys. You'll need to get vb4 versions of your mods or replace ones with no vb4 versions with new mods that offer similar features.

Adding to what squidsk said: If there is no vB4 version of an addon you run, go to the addon's thread on vbulletin.org and go through the last pages of comments; quite a number of vB3 addons continue to work, and this will normally be mentioned in the addon threads by someone.
