I need to know who view a thread, like the whoposted feature, clicking on the number of views and a page opens and shows the list of people who view the post. I need this for my site, for example I put some important message or rules for my board and then someone don't respect what I said and tells me that they did't read the rules, well with this hack will be imposible to lie...

Don't think you want that, it would be alot of load on the db doing that query on a thread with 400 views.

is it possible to get this one as an option in admin control-panel?

If I add it so that after a certain amount of time a query is deleted... so like

Neo visted Requests at 3.12.23, 3:24 and will time out in 5000 seconds.... or such
