Problem with width change for Vertical Postbit

Hai,

I recently installed vb3.8.5 and everything going good. I fix 95% forum width and no problem with any coding or design. But one thing I'm unable to solve coding that is width of Vertical Postbit.

When i login as admin, its showing good but when i login as user, width change. Please look out below attachments and if anyone help me in this, very much thankful to them.
