Invoicing, Zoho Alternative
 

Hey everyone,

Some of you may know that my wife is pregnant. because of this I am trying to lower my monthly expenses. One of the things I am hoping to do is move from Zoho which is what I now use to take care of my client invoices, expenses, etc. It is pretty good but I would love to find a free alternative.

I am looking for something to keep track of all my clients and advertisers contact information, billing and invoicing. Expenses would be a big plus as well. PayPal option is a must. :)

What are you guys using?

I use WHMCS, but it isn't free, unless your host has a hosting license for it, and they include it in you rpackage

Are you talking about an invoicing system included in Cpanel? How much is it? I pay about $15 a month right now for Zoho but am trying to cut all of my monthly expenses down as far as possible with a a baby coming in June. $15 isn't much but it all adds up..

Not, it is not part of cPanel. It is included with Softaculous, but it requires a license. It will tie into WHM, if you are a host/reseller. You can pay monthly ($16) or a larger one time payment ($250)

My host includes a license with my hosting account, so I don't pay extra for it.

If your current billing system is $15 a month, then WHMCS won't save you anything.

I was actually impressed with this system at first but there is no PayPal option. Otherwise it would be a great replacement.

You could get Open Office and use the Excel clone to make your own. Or ante up 149.00 and get MS office 2013 and use the Excel in that to make your own. MS has plenty of templates for free you could use or use to get started. Also there's heap plenty free templates out on the web.
