What is the best free gallery function . dude what users can download PHOTOS and comment on them.

I also recommend checking out:

Media Gallery (Photos, Audio, YouTUBE)

It won MOTM (Mod Of The Month) which means lots of folks feel it's a great product, and it was coded more recently and is currently supported by the developer, who is active on the site.

If I needed a media gallery, it would be my first choice to try. :)
