Can't figure out how to reach Gmail inbox, no matter how we setup it's in spam.
Hey there,
http://www.mail-tester.com/web-2N0uVs&reloaded=1 this is our latest public test, the server admin said that minor issue is a false positive. No matter what I do the test email or registration emails can't seem to reach proper inbox. This is the server ip mail.diyncrafts.com and these are my settings. https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2015/12/36.png Any help aprreciated. Thanks, Csaba |
Try using SMTP option. Your SMTP server and your site server should be on same IP address/domain name then your emails might not go spam.
forum@blahblah.com As far as I think if you use forum in the email address it will most likely end up in spam. Use some thing else. |
Eh that was too simple, and it worked simply using other than forum@domain.com landed in updates tab.
Thank you :) --------------- Added [DATE]1449186883[/DATE] at [TIME]1449186883[/TIME] --------------- Well the test email goes to updates now, but registration email still goes to spam, is it because I have "forum" in email tite? |
