I just bought vbulletin, I need to create a channel or page (do not know) What I need is a new tab called tutorials, this new site will put vimeo video tutorials.
how I do?

Can you post a picture or example from another website of what it is you want to achieve?

Site Builder > Navigation Bar > New Navigation Item > Target URL should be the URL you gave the page when you created it.
