Thank You Post hack used by vB.org?

I'm looking for the same hack used on this forum for thanking post. Is it available for anyone to use? The others I've tried don't work quite right.

The one we use here was never released to the public. There is an article in the articles forums on how to convert the Thank You hack available in the modifications forums to something like what we use here.
