and i would like to know where i supposed to put the codes i want it to be on all the pages\forums.

You should ask on their site as it is their product.

Actually there is no guide for vbulletin just a code to add, but.. i saw someone successfully added it to they're forums.

If you want it to appear on all pages, then you would likely want to add the embed HTML code to your "navbar" template(s).

That's where I would begin at least. :)
