TeamTalk Multiuser Conversations
 

1.- What's this?

Just like normal PMs but with the ability to start a conversation with multiple users. Let's say an offline chat.

2.- Features

• Multiuser (max participants depending on usergroup permissions)
• Depending on your role in the conversation you can:
  • Unsubscribe
  • Close it
  • Re-Open it
• Search as you type user selection
• PM notifications for:
  • New conversation that you've selected to participate
  • New Reply
  • On Closing conversation
  • On Re-Opening conversation
• Maximum concurent active conversations depening on usergroup permissions
• Maximum participants in conversation depending on usergroup permissions
• Single Image upload per post

3.- Installation

1. Download and unzip the latest file
2. Upload the content of upload/ folder to your forum directory
3. CMOD 777 the directories
   1. teamtalk/photos
   2. teamtalk/photos/thumbs/
   3. teamtalk/photos/tmp
4. Import product-teamtalk.xml from your admincp
5. Check and modify if needing the TeamTalk General Options
6. Set Usergroup permissions
7. About the link. Currently the link to the mod is as Tab Menu. If you want to place it somewhere else the link must be: teamtalk.php and the permissions for access teamtalk

4.- PRO version only

• Ability to add more users after starting the conversation
• Ability (per conversation) to allow other participants to add users.
• Ability to remove user from conversation (only the owner).
• Ajax search in "My Conversations" (Title and Participants).
• Ajax search in active conversation for text.
• YouTUBE link Extractor
• URL Extractor
• Multi Images Uploads
• Multi Files Uploads
• Real time Notifications
• Brand Free (No Copyright link).

It's... very hard to see 'how' exactly to buy the pro version. There's no information about it on your main thread, nor any on your website seeing it's still being developed.

Currently there are is no PRO version ready. It's ready but for my PHP script. If I see that there is interest to build a vB version with those extra features, is less than a day work to move them to vBulletin.

I really like this.

This should replace the current PM system in my opinion.
It gives a dynamic feeling.

I'll be installing this as soon as I updated my whole website.

Unfortunately I tried to test it in 4.2.0pl4 and get white page.

I have CMOD 777 all files
Checked General Options
I have Set Usergroup permissions

P.S. I see that you have it for vB Version: 4.2.3, tested just in case.

Works fine on Vbulletin 4.2.3

Hello Christos, would you consider making a version for 3.8.8? If so, please pm me an amount that it would cost for me to have you do this.
