Upload Center

Hello,

I did everything to find ulc (upload center) mod, to upload file

and attachement separtly on the forum but I do not find this mod

wher can I find it thanks.

Exemple For Mod use by ather Forum:

Looks like a private plugin to me, I don't recall seeing it around here.
