Need Changes about WYSIWYG

Hello everyone,

I need to change about the WYSIWYG editor.

When I try to add picture, "Retrieve remote file and reference locally" this sentence comes.

I do not want to add the picture as an attachment. I want to run directly from the link. How can I do this ?
