Problem Creating a New Page from the navigator bar

My vbulletin forum currently has the following main pages on the navigation bar: FORUMS, BLOGS, ARTICLES, GROUPS. I wanted to create a few more pages, so I went to the navigation bar and added a new one called "REVIEWS". After saving the changes, the navigation button shows up, but when I click on that new button "REVIEWS" it leads me to a blank page that say "Invalid Page URL. If this is an error and the page should exist, please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message." Why is this happening? I read another thread where it says you should clear the cache in the admincp and I did this and it still doesn't work.

Also, when I go to adminCP and use the channelmanager, I cant see the new "page" that I created called "REVIEWS" in the channelmanager.

What is the proper way to create a new "page" on the navigation bar. I attached a screen shot and you can see that I created two new navigation buttons, but when you click on the buttons it leads to nowhere.

Did you create a page for the navigation link to go to?

The first time I did not create a page. But the second time I did. So, I guess maybe Im confused on how to do this:

Create a new page and LINK IT to the navigation bar so that the page shows up on the navigation bar next to the main buttons: FORUMS, BLOGS, ARTICLE,

A quick update. I figured out how to create a new page and then go to the navigation bar and create a new navigation button and link it to the page. But here is the problem. The new page works, but I still don't see it in the channel manager or in the admincp channel manager. I even changed the page's default template to a channel template, but it doesn't show up in channel manager. So my options are limited as to how to add forums to this new page, etc., because its now showing up in the channel manager. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

The new page will not show up in the Channel Manager or anywhere else.
