Can't Publish Articles on CMS Page

Every time I go to publish an article on my CMS page by clicking "Apply", I get:

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log."

Any suggestions on what I could do to fix this issue?

And what is in your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host)? And do you have mod_security or suhosin enabled on your server (that is something you probably need to ask your host).
