Switched to new server, but now some links say forbidden
 
We just moved our Vbulletin to a new server on AWS. Seems to be up and running but from the homepage, if you click on any of the support forum categories on the left, you get a 403 forbidden message.

How can I fix this?

My guess is that the user of the web-server does not have execution rights for the script.
