New Nav Link in NavTabs
 
What I mean is, is there a way of adding a new link were New Posts is?

Having a difficult time trying to figure this out. Trying to have a "Forum Home" link at the beginning of it.

Go to AdminCP > Settings > Navigation Manager..
Click add link ...
