Add iframe under "forumhead"

So I have an embeded IRC client using an iframe on my forum home, looks something like this: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2015/08/12.png

What id like to do, is put it inside a "forum section" which is underneath what i think is called the forumheads. Heres a pic to explain:

How would i do something like this?
