I was thinking that maybe you should move all the bits from the top of the front page (i.e. Forums Statistics, Welcome back, Currently Active Users, etc...) down to the bottom.

I'm forever clicking back to forum front pages to gain my barings and it's a pain having to scroll down past all that stuff just to get the forums list.

and after all, apart from maybe the PM's bit, who reads all that stuff each time they come to the site.

What do you use on the frontpage? Also maybe you should start a thread with a link to each custom hack used on the site and make it a stickey so others wont ask the same questions a million times on whats this and how do we do this etc etc... lol great site get back to me on the frontpage though :D
