MailChimp or other Integration

Hey Gang,
We had the MailChimp Integration plugin 1.2 on our vb 4.2 install, but that mod doesn't seem to exist anymore (the link goes to a "file not found" page.

Is anyone aware of a free or premium plugin that gives integration from vBulletin5 to a mailing list provider integration (ie. MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc). I've searched here and most info I'm seeing is from vb4. We are considering upgrading to vb5, but need to know if this is possible first.

Our objective is that when a user registers on the VB5 forums that their email will be sync'd with our mailing list provider.

Add-ons are hard to create and/or update for vB5 considering the current state of the plugin/hook system for vB5. I'm not fully up to par regarding mailchimp, I know of it and love it great for sending out mail, love how you can customize your letter appearance as well! Long story short it would be best to inquire on the mailchimp site directly or with their customer support as they may have been asked this already (since vB5 has been out for a while now) and have a definitive answer for you ;).

If you do not find a mod/plugin then its due to my original statement - vote to improve that here: http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBV-10333 and if enough votes accumulate it will return and so will tons of then easier to make and support plugins.

Thanks, I've reached out to Mailchimp. They don't ahve anything listed other than the old 1.2 version, which I'm pretty sure wouldn't work.

It's a shame that it's now apperently harder to create plugins for vb5 vs vb4 and vb3.

Either way, this was one I used on vb4 and it worked great.

Good luck OP

Brandon,
Yes, I used that one on vb4 as well. Have you tried it on vb5?
