While I don't have vB5 myself, I think it would be nice if you'd share some screenshots as well. Though this thread is already a few months old, can't harm to share it.

I'd guess not. There have been a ton of changes since this style was released.

I would suggest to use a standard style and customize it with stylevars and css or buy a style e.g. from https://www.sultantheme.com/

(I never tried styles from that site, but its the only page I know you can get updates for each version.)
