User rating for special forum
 

Hi

I have a news site, and give me users the chance to help my staff by sending news to us, and we toke that news and verify if it is real and not rumor or fakes.
So we want to give the reporter a rate regarding to his news sent, so if one of my reporters send to us 15 news and all of them was right, then he will get higher rank and rate regarding to another on which sent to us 35 news (as threads) and we get only 5 of them are right and the rest was just rumors.

The rating process done in the tread it self, and only specific user groups can rate the users.

Do you have any idea to build something like this approach or if there is any product available here or in the market can handle this thing??
