vBookie for 3.8.7 .php to .xml

So I have the downloaded files but here is my isue.

The product file which is normally a .xml file is a .php file.

As in, vbookie.php.

I'll admit I am out of my depth and may have to hire someone to do the styles and this mod for me, but I was wondering if there is a way to change it to .xml to get it installed?

Sorry if this is dumb, but thanks for any response.
Our tech guy quit and deleted our forum and I'm trying to salvage it from the ashes

Question about mods should be asked in the mod thread, because most people will not be familiar with any given mod. Did you download it from here? I did a quick search and couldn't find it.

The product zip file has the XML you need already in it. It is very simple to install this. You upload the files in the "upload" folder to the root of your vBulletin, then you import the product XML in ACP which I believe is titled "product-bookiehack" if memory serves.

It's archived now, and I will do that in the future, thank you.

Thanks, that seems simple enough.
Appreciate the help.
