Can't get footer to bottom on all pages
 

So, my problem is that in my custom theme the footer wont stick to the bottom on all pages. If the height of the page is long enough it'll stay at the bottom, however if the height of the page is short the footer will basically be in the middle of the page and not at the bottom. Does anyone have any solution on how to fix this?
