User selecting their displayed usergroup?

Hi guys.
I was just wondering if there was anyway I could make it so the users of my Forum can select which usergroup they want to display?

For example if a user has got the "Veteran" usergroup and the "Donator" usergroup - how would I make it so they can select which usergroup they want as their displayed usergroup?

I hope this is clear enough to be understood.
To clarify, something like this:

Usergroups - Usergroup Manager - Custom Usergroups

Choose usergroup and in section Public Group Settings(Public (Joinable) Custom Usergroups) check the box to Yes.
Than all those usergroup depending to which you chose, in forum settings that usergroup members will see the option on the left Permission Groups and in side "The following groups are available for you to join" and the option "Join Group".

Aye, but this will make those usergroups joinable even if they haven't like..."earned" that usergroup as such. What I mean is if, as the administrator, I put both the Veteran and the Donator usergroup on their account, how would they be able to switch between it? I don't want Veteran and Donator as being able to be joined freely as it's a usergroup that the user is given by the Administrator.

Again, sorry if I'm not explaining it very well.

All the best,
Harry

I think what you want is to edit the usergroups and set "Can override primary group title/markup" to Yes.

Many thanks once again.

I think that this option that kh99 says has a point.
As I remember with this option members cannot select what they want. Maybe I am wrong
Any way if this is ok for you that's good. :)
