Different logo showing for logged in users?

There is a weird thing happening. A few members have said our old holiday banner is still showing to them, when we changed it many months ago. When they logout, it goes to the default regular banner. But when they login again, the holiday banners shows up. I've verified the "title image" in style vars is set correctly, and they all cleared their browser data with no luck.

Any other ideas of what could be causing this? The issue doesn't happen for me when I'm logged in.

Sounds like they're using a different style than the default one

Ensure your other styles have the correct titleimage as opposed to the holiday one

That was my original thought, but after checking their accounts, they are using the default, and the default and all other active templates have the titleimage variable set to the same.

Any other ideas? Can I force a cache refresh of all images? They said they reset their browser data but maybe it didn't work?

Thanks.

Search your templates and phrases for the holiday image path.

Alternatively, rename the holiday image file and make a duplicate of the current titleimage with the old holiday image path.

Thanks. I searched and nothing came up.

But I found out what the issue was. It was indeed the titleimage not set properly in an inactive theme. For some reason I thought if a theme was inactive it would push everyone to the default active one.

How do I force all users back to the active default? And how do I find data on how many users are using what themes?

somewhere in admincp>settings>options there is a place for you to set default as well as keep folks from using any other theme, you also probably need to edit the settings on the other themes to where they aren't 'chooseable'
you may also have to re-set the 'default' for every forum/sub-forum you have because there is a theme choice option for each of those as well
