Banners suddenly not clickable. Help.
 
Today I noticed the banners on my forum are no more clickable. I have absolutely no idea what happened. I didn't install any plugins or anything. The ads are located at Advertising > Manage ads. In addition to these banners ads, I have text links there as well. They are working fine. But the banners are not clickable now.

The banner code is as follows:

Last I checked a few days ago, the banners were fine (clickable) and today they are not.

How do I make them clickable again?

I think that code should start:

the 'a' is missing from the tag.
