Hide Guest Welcome Notice from Custom vB Page?

How can I hide the Guest Welcome Notice from a custom vB Page?

Now the second option is:
- User does not belong to usergroup _____.

Use the drop-down box to the right of the second setting and indicate which usergroup this message should NOT show to. The message will now show to all usergroups except the one you selected.

*Yes, you can use these permissions to setup multiple guest messages by simply copying the code and adding in a new Notice then selecting different permissions to display them under.

Edit: Ahh I misunderstood... let me ponder this for a min, I thought to wrap the notices in a conditional but then no notices would show on said custom page...
