Cannot visit site from computer or vb.com

Since I have moved I cannot access the site or vb.com from my computer or phone when I am on the Internet l. I have cleared all cookies and cache thinking that was the problem but now I am thinking it is a ip conflict. Any help?

No error message. The page just loads until it times out. The only two pages I see that it does it are vb.org and com. Also with glow host enabled on my site it will not let me create a new account. I have recently moved and all was fine before that. I have reset router, tried hard line, cleared all and reset computer with no luck.

Sounds like it could be an issue with your ISP. I would bet on bad latency, traffic shaping/filtering or a bad/unknown ISP.

I would run tcpoptimizer and check for any tampering with the hosts file, some malwares are known to do this but most edit the hosts file in order to affect your ability to get to search engines like google/yahoo/bing.

Thanks for the help man. I will see what I can come up with.

Sounds like your ip is blacklisted by a data center.

See if it is here: https://www.whatismyip.com/blacklist-check/

Yes it is listed there. What is this for? I just got a new provider 2 days ago and it's only this site and vb.com I cannot access.

Ask the blacklist site to remove it its not hard to do just a few clicks

The data center black listed that IP due to maybe a dos attack or for uploading files to a server, you never really know. It has happened to me but through my host, my ip was quickly removed.

Do a tracert to this site, your hops will stop at the datacenter that is blocking you, then contact you ISP give them that info to help them to help themselves to get your IP removed from that Black list.

To do a tracert, on your computer click your start icon.
Search for cmd

Type in tracert vbulletin.org (remember the space after tracert) hit enter...

Copy the text you get and post it here in code brackets.
