Conditional "Reply" button
 

I feel like this is probably simple, but just beyond my ability.

I have an Ask Me Anything forum. I'd like to modify the reply/quote controls as follows:

In *this forum only*:
1) Remove quote/reply with quote buttons for everyone
2) For thread starter only, replace reply with quote button with "Answer This Question" button
3) Replace "Reply to Thread" buttons with "Ask A Question"
4) Replace Quick Reply with "Ask Question"

Just add new phrases globally, insert a vb:if condition to check if they are in a forum where you want the phrases changed around the buttons and voila.
