Hi,

From there forum I can see no one is answering anything there any longer. I send them a support ticket which stays unanswered, is this one man show dead or does anyone know how to get in tocuh with Ken Clark template designer?

We are interesting to buy one of their templates but if everything is unsupported we better find someone else which seems to be difficult for Vbuleltin 5!

There are a couple of active skin developers for VB5 on this site and support their products well. If the developer you're trying to contact is not returning your email requests, the service you would receive from them would probably be just as poor.
