Since you are asking about Questions/Problems regarding a Modification/Style, you need to post in the Modifications/Styles thread where you downloaded it from.

That is the proper place to get support for a Modification/Style, not out here in the main forums. Even if you already posted in the Modifications/Styles thread, and have not got a answer, that is not a excuse to post in the open forums. This includes third party Modifications/Styles that you may have got elsewhere.

Please note that if a Modification/Style is unsupported (or even if it says it is supported), you may be on your own if you chose to install it.

He is asking for recommendation as to what he could use other then the modifications he has listed to achieve what he is after, apparently the ones he listed did not work for him.

From what you are showing in your screen shot would get really annoying but it would be affective in achieving what you are after however, you can install a modification from 3.8 that works well with my 4.2.2 test site, you only need to import the product, no template edits.
There is no accept posting rules button but, you can set posting rules for every forum you have with different rules if need be.
I would use this with stipulations set in the posting rules as to consequences if posting rules are ignored or broken.

Hi good afternoon and indicated it habias me and I had mentioned that the plugin was dropped at the suggestion of a friend but it does what I need it for others so ask at the post if the application fails .

It sounds like you're looking for Advanced Forum Rules- so the user must accept additional rules before they can continue.
