Hi i am new here and have a question

Today i bought a license for vBulletin and i wonder how long it takes to become as licensed here?
I have checked the checkbox for vBulletin.org on https://members.vbulletin.com/member...t_priority.php

I can't wait to see the resources on this site :)

To be able to download modifications and/or receive support here at vBulletin.org, we ask you to please click here (vB-Germany users click here) and enter your email address. You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.

To protect our customers privacy you will also need to Opt-In to license validation for all Support Sites. You must authorise vBulletin.org in order to validate your license status here. You can do this at the page linked above for your distributor. Make sure to set the permission to allow vBulletin.org to validate your status.

The update of your account can take up to one hour.

Thanks for your reply it's currently gone the message that i am showed as unlicensed :up:
I am excited to finally use vBulletin legally as i tried many years ago localhost back in the 3.x days.
I am used to use IPB but i thought time for a change let's give vBulletin a try

Well it's currently installing onto my website first i was oops not working until i noticed i forgot a part of my db and username from my MySQL db and saw that my MySQL version wasn't good before i solved it.

Just a friendly word of advice...you may wish to review rule #9, which states:

I recommend editing your post in order to be in compliance with the above rule. :D

Boy what do i have to get used to how to create categories and forums :eek:
Seems that it's very different than i was used to with IPB. But i see it as a challenge

Well i have figured it out a bit only need to know how to edit a forum url. as i changed the main-forum one but the url still shows off as main-forum

Also solved that issue. Only thing i don't like is that i can't even post here when needed: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forum...sues-questions while i have checked the box like i did for vbulletin.org

Did you install vb5 or vb4
