Allowing raw image attachments (CR2, NEF, etc)
 

Sorry if this is old territory, but the relevant terms are too short to search with.

I'm looking to be able to allow my users to attach camera raw files and have thumbnails auto-generated. Imagemagick should be able to do the conversion work, but all the notes I can find about using this with vBulletin restrict it to JPG, GIF, etc.

Ideally, I'd like to restrict uploading and downloading of these particular file types by usergroup, but would like the thumbnails visible to all.

I'd also like this to work within the forum itself, and not as an external script such as Gallery or PhotoPost. Just like a JPG attachment, only for CR2, NEF, etc.

Is there a mod for this, or am I missing an obvious configuration option?
