friendly URL for each category
 
i want the URL to show friendly,

just like this:

www.domain.com/abc redirect to www.domain.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1
www.domain.com/myway redirect to www.domain.com/forumdisplay.php?f=3
www.domain.com/ohhh redirect to www.domain.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2
www.domain.com/dddd redirect to www.domain.com/forumdisplay.php?f=11
.....
anyone can help me?
