you need to overwrite the css, style manager> style name> edit templates> CSS stemplates> css_additional.css

Code:

.b_menu__dropdown--active {

  background: #000 none!important;

  color:#fff!important;

}

Hey,
Add the following code into the css_additional.css

Code:

.b_menu__dropdownbutton, .h-disabled .b_menu__dropdownbutton:hover {

  color: #F01C1C;

}

Change #F01C1C to any color you want.
