Can my username please be changed to timm1995

Not by posting in the wrong part of forum. Message an admin/moderator to have that done.

In fact only an Administrator can make that change, do not PM a moderator.

I can't pm an admin I assume I don't have permissions/enough posts to do so

Since you cannot send a PM, I have changed your name based on your initial request.

The reason you couldn't PM is because only users with confirmed licenses can use the PM system. If you do get a license and confirm your account you will be able to PM in the future.
