Mobile style and VBSEO

I am having trouble with the mobile style included with vBulletin 4.

When I click in a forum or a thread, I get redirected to the wrong url:
Instead of:
http://www.website.com/forum/something/
I get redirected to
http://www.website.com/forum//forum/something/

If I use the desktop style everything works ok.

I am using vBulletin 4.2.2.

Could you please help me solve this issue?

Thank you.

No one can solve this issue if its related to vBSEO. vBSEO is no longer supported and they have gone out of business. So I'm afraid there may not be a whole lot you can do except uninstall vBSEO and either redirect your URLS using a 301 redirect and set up the built in vBulletin friendly URLS or install something else in place of vBSEO. There is DBSEO from DBTech, but in order to import the old vBSEO URLS you have to buy the pro version.

It looks like you have forum/ somewhere when it should just be forum.

Perhaps General Settings? Maybe he has it set as forum/ instead of just forum.

Go into your Mobile Templates and find the /forum and remove it- you have an extra one in the template, probably showthread or forumdisplay

vbSEO already adds the /forum directory

Here's how to find out where it is:

Go to AdminCP>Options>General Settings> Add Template Name in HTML Comments (Set to Yes)

Then, download and install the add on "FireBug"

Switch to your Mobile Skin (using the quick chooser on the bottom left hand side of your page)

Right click on the page, click inspect element, then scan through and find the URL that is displaying improperly, look to see which which template it is located within, then fix that template accordingly.

Remember that you'll have to manually enter the CORRECT url in order to look at the files.
