Move a Blog Entry to another Blog Category
 
Can I move a blog entry under 1 category to another category, if it was posted in the wrong category?

Also, is it possible to move the list of categories to the top of the right hand column?

Yes if you have Admin rights in the blogs. You should be able to see an edit button next to the blog title link, click that and make the changes in there.

This would require a template edit to move it.
