Change Post Editor font Size VB 5

Hi, been looking for while on how to change the font style and size from the defaults which are way to small in the post editor.

Cant seem to find the correct CSS file to change. Tried to add custom CSS (added to aditional css file) which doesn't seem to stick as its the editor template i need to change.

This is driving me crazy, i just need to up the size so its more inline with the text size of a post which has been added.

hope this makes sense.
