template hook location

it could be odd question however i am unable to find all hook locations
is there any reference that lists all or any trick to find them

for example my plugin stats

where to find other available/needed spaces
forumhome_xxx
forumhome_xxx_xxx
nav_xxxx
so if i want some output on another hook with appropriate process i can call
