How to create a FORM?
 

I saw this on a couple of forums.
The link to the form is like this: http://www.winightscom/forum/forms.php?do=form&fid=1

Then using html you can create a Form.

ie:

Book Read:
Genre:
Number of pages:
Did you like it:
Where all the pictures colored on:

and there are drop down boxes (more html coding)

So my question is to how to create the FORM page?

There is one or two mods on here that allow you to create forms. Run a search

Try a search on "form*" in vB4 Mods and Title Only and you will get a few options.
